	FREE NO COST SERVICE CONTRACT Applied Roofing Technologies offers clients that purchase the manufacturer's 10 or 15 year warranties an opportunity to get additional protection for their new roof system in the form of our SERVICE CONTRACT. The Service Contract stays in effect as long as the manufacturer's warranty is not compromised and remains valid. It offers additional protection not covered under the manufacturer's warranty: The roof system is inspected once a year by ART personnel. A written evaluation of the roof system is performed and a copy issued to the building owner. The roof is cleaned of debris that may cause damage, and roof drains and scuppers are cleared to ensure proper drainage. Accidental cuts made by wind driven debris, falling objects, holes made by trades servicing rooftop units are repaired at no cost to the building owner. NOT COVERED IS VANDALISM AND DELIBERATE ABUSE OF THE ROOF SYSTEM BY THE BUILDING OWNER.
